Poles Apart™ is an integrated magnetic add-on system that works exclusively with specially designed Poles Apart™ Black Iron Strength™ Adjustable Dumbbells and Adjustable Barbells.

As the world's first commercial-grade, add-on system of its kind, Poles Apart™ allows precise incremental overload while greatly reducing the total number of dumbbells and barbells. This saves precious space and money!

Each barbell and dumbbell is constructed using powerful magnets which, when aligned with the magnets built into each add-on weight, exert a powerful attraction. In conjunction with the sleeve, the Poles Apart™ Training System provides a secure, interlocking unit.

To remove the ridged add-on weights, simply twist until the magnets oppose each other; the add-on weight pop off into the palm of your hand!
